How to close my account

Closing your account is permanent. Make sure you withdraw funds and download any reports you need.
Before you close
- Withdraw remaining balances
- Cancel recurring buys (if any)
- Download transaction history
- Resolve open support cases
Close the account
- Go to Settings
- Select Close account
- Confirm the action
If your balance is not zero, you may be blocked from closing until funds are withdrawn.
